Hi Kerry! Great list of software! I’ve encountered or even used a number of these myself. Hey, I’ve got a new outliner for Linux that you may want to include in your list. I got tired of waiting/hoping/praying for one and so I created one myself. It’s called Hiero and it was written specifically to be used for authoring first drafts (as opposed to just being an organization tool or PIM). It can be found at my new blog, Productive Penguin: All the best!
